Each MIKEI® Red Reishi Essence EX capsule contains 250 mg of extremely concentrated red reishi mushroom essence, an equivalent of 4,150 mg (concentration ratio 16.6:1) taken from the fruiting body of fully mature, superior-grade red reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum).
