Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a store credit or refund. Please contact us and provide us with your invoice number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization Number. No returned products will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number issued by KE321. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the postage on returned items unless they are defective or incorrect.
