For Canada orders, packages are generally dispatched within 2 -3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post (Expedited™ Service) with tracking information and confirmation signature. If you prefer express delivery, additional cost will be applied. Please contact us when choosing this method.

Please contact us for the international shipping rates if you wish to deliver your orders outside Canada.

KE321.CA is proud to ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ for all Canada orders. The service includes providing tracking information and confirmation signature. The shipping fees and delivery standards are listed below:

We will send a shipping notification email to you after we have dispatched your parcel. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days after confirmation of the orders' payments. The email will also contain a tracking number and link for you to track the status of your order delivery.

Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive your parcels within 3 – 14 business days (excluding the day placing order) depending on the delivery city.

These are estimated delivery times only and we shall not be responsible for delays due to post office procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, New Year, Easter and other holiday periods.

Business Days: 9:00am – 5:00pm (PST) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Canada. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually process by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day.

KE321 is pleased to accept orders and delivery outside Canada & USA. Please contact us for the international shipping rates. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels for international orders. Customers are responsible for the customs clearance and any customs fees that may charge.

If an order is returned to us due to customer refusal to pay tax or unable to make import declarations, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fee, resend shipping fee and/or 15% restocking fee if the order is subsequently cancelled.  For more information, please refer to “Undeliverable Orders”.

Occasionally orders are returned to us due to incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax/ refusal to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund, minus the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% restocking fee.
